| Our score | Not reviewed yet | SCORE7.1 / 10 |
| Our take | A lower-capacity AlorAir with a pump built in, for a small crawl space with no drain nearby. The 70 pints on the listing is a saturation figure; AlorAir rates it 35 at the old 80°F test, and there's no 65°F number. | A ductable 70-pint unit with 200 CFM for a sealed crawl space or basement that stays above the mid-50s. It stops dehumidifying below 50°F inlet air, and AprilAire publishes only an 80°F rating to judge it by. |

| Watch out for | No DOE 65°F figure found; don't compare its 70 or 35 with current-test ratings. | AprilAire publishes only the legacy 80°F rating; there's no 65°F or 73°F figure and the E070 isn't on ENERGY STAR's list, so don't line its 70 up against current-test ratings. The warranty is void if defects result from not installing per AprilAire's instructions, and AprilAire recommends a professional install; labor is never covered. E070 Pro is an Amazon listing name, not an AprilAire model. Used units from private sellers or auction sites aren't covered. |
