Our scoreSCORE7.0 / 10SCORE6.6 / 10
Our take50% more heat than the CZ220 with a 45-95°F digital thermostat, remote and timer. Its LOW is still 6,250 W, so in a smaller garage it mostly cycles at near full power, and it needs a 40 A circuit. The 7,500 W ceiling heater to buy for its 4,700 W low setting, which suits mild days better than the CZ230ER's 6,250 W low. It needs a licensed electrician, a 40 A circuit and 8 AWG copper, and its remote thermostat stops at 50°F.
