PhotoComfort Zone CZ230ER 7,500W Digital Garage Heater with RemoteHeatstar 18,000 BTU Vent-Free Radiant Propane Heater with Thermostat and Blower
Our scoreSCORE7.0 / 10Not reviewed yet
Our take50% more heat than the CZ220 with a 45-95°F digital thermostat, remote and timer. Its LOW is still 6,250 W, so in a smaller garage it mostly cycles at near full power, and it needs a 40 A circuit.A fixed vent-free heater that adds the thermostat and blower the Big Buddy lacks, for a cabin you heat all winter. It's an installed heater, so its own manual sets the fuel supply, room size and venting rules.

Watch out for1-year warranty; after 30 days the heater ships to World and Main freight prepaid. Comfort Zone's product page says it needs a 240V plug; the manual says hardwired, and there's no plug in the box.We haven't read this heater's manual; check its room-size and ventilation limits before you buy. Never run an unvented fuel-burning heater in a room where people sleep (CPSC). The low-oxygen shutoff does not detect carbon monoxide; run a battery CO alarm listed to UL 2034 wherever the heater runs.
