Our takeIdentical published heat to the Senville Aura 12K (11,500 at 5°F, 5,900 max at -22°F) but cost more on Amazon when we checked; licensed install required.Makes about as much heat at 5°F as a Livo 18K and heats to -22°F. The pick within Gree if this is a room's main heat.

Watch out forHyper = CH-RHP outdoor unit; the same Olivia head on a CH-RES/REL outdoor unit is the Regular, rated only to -13°F. Warranty requires a licensed HVAC technician and registration within 60 days with the installer license; the no-registration Out-of-Box warranty excludes online distributors. Sold on Amazon by a third-party seller.Amazon Sapphire titles show old SEER figures ("21.5 SEER" on the 24K); confirm the SAPxxHP230V1R32AH/AO model numbers. Gree's submittal prints lower 17°F figures than the certified NEEP ratings; go by NEEP. Gree's warranty applies only to installs by a state certified or licensed HVAC contractor, and claims are contractor-only.
