Our take	Nearly twice the MrCool 12k's heat at 5°F and operation to -22°F, from a licensed contractor only. Bought online and self-installed, it has no factory warranty.	Makes about as much heat at 5°F as a Livo 18K and heats to -22°F. The pick within Gree if this is a room's main heat.

Watch out for	GX, JX, the older R-410A FS/GS/GL and the P-Series are different units; confirm the MUZ-FX12NLHZ outdoor unit on any quote. Mitsubishi's warranty requires a licensed HVAC contractor install; online or auction purchases outside that get no warranty support.	Amazon Sapphire titles show old SEER figures ("21.5 SEER" on the 24K); confirm the SAPxxHP230V1R32AH/AO model numbers. Gree's submittal prints lower 17°F figures than the certified NEEP ratings; go by NEEP. Gree's warranty applies only to installs by a state certified or licensed HVAC contractor, and claims are contractor-only.
