Our scoreNot reviewed yetSCORE4.8 / 10
Our takeWindmill's separate budget line at CEER 11.0. We haven't reviewed it; for a quiet, efficient small-room unit we'd buy an LG or Midea inverter instead. The smallest current BPACT: sold as 9,000 BTU, certified at 5,300 BTU SACC and CEER 6.2. A bedroom-size unit at about 150 sq ft by the ENERGY STAR chart, not the 400 sq ft on the listing.

Watch out forNot the Windmill Original or WhisperTech; the Lite is a different, smaller unit.Warranty is 1 year parts and 1 year labor through W Appliance (manufacturing defects only); W Appliance may replace with a remanufactured unit; transferred units and shipping are excluded. The listing headline is the ASHRAE number; size by DOE SACC. BPACT models aren't sold in California, per Black+Decker. Owners report random shutoffs and water sloshing inside on this model too.
