Spec ACiQ Essentials 12,000 BTU 230V (R32) Senville Elite 12,000 BTU 230V Photo Our score SCORE 6.4 / 10 SCORE 7.6 / 10 Our take Close to a Pioneer Diamante Pro on paper for less money: 8,800 Btu/h max at 5°F per ACiQ and heat to -4°F. Not DIY; the warranty needs an EPA-certified installer. 13,500 Btu/h at 5°F and 7,500 max at -22°F, the most cold-night heat of any 12K we review. Licensed install required for the 10/10 warranty. The 5°F and -4°F figures are ACiQ's own maximums from its submittal, not NEEP or AHRI ratings. Warranty is 3 yr parts / 5 yr compressor unregistered; 4 / 6 needs registration within 90 days, and the whole system must be installed and diagnosed by an EPA-certified technician. ACiQ's 12K 230V submittal is titled "9K (230V)"; its model numbers and data are the 12K's. Sold on Amazon by HVACDirect Online. Senville's FAQ says no to owner installs; warranty registration asks for the installing company and invoice. Senville's site lists higher HSPF2 than the AHRI figures on NEEP; we use the certified numbers. More Model details Our full review View on Amazon → Model details Our full review View on Amazon →
