Our scoreSCORE6.4 / 10SCORE7.6 / 10
Our take16,000 Btu/h at 5°F per ACiQ, 67% of its rating, on a 30 A circuit. Size it from a load calculation; the data sheet and the listing disagree on room size.Makes less at 5°F than the 18K (20,000 vs 22,600) and NEEP files it as centrally ducted; the least-documented Elite size.

Watch out forTwo Essentials 20 SEER2 lines exist: this R32 one (model numbers with -32-) and an R-454B one with different numbers; NEEP lists only the R-454B units. The 5°F and -4°F figures are ACiQ's own maximums from its submittal, not NEEP or AHRI ratings. Warranty is 3 yr parts / 5 yr compressor unregistered; 4 / 6 needs registration within 90 days, and the whole system must be installed and diagnosed by an EPA-certified technician. Sold on Amazon by HVACDirect Online.Senville's FAQ says no to owner installs; warranty registration asks for the installing company and invoice. Senville's site lists higher HSPF2 than the AHRI figures on NEEP; we use the certified numbers. No published max line length for the 24K; Senville's page lists 24.0 SEER2 / 11.0 EER2 vs 25.0 / 14.0 on NEEP.
