Our take
The digital, remote-control Comfort Zone that stays on the same 30 A circuit as the CZ220, if you can find one. We'd pick it over the 7,500 W model for a garage near 500-600 sq ft.
Silent, steady oil-filled baseboard heat for a bedroom of roughly 125 sq ft: 1,250 W on 240 V. It costs several times a plain baseboard and uses exactly the same electricity per BTU.

Watch out for
1-year warranty; after 30 days the heater ships to World and Main freight prepaid.
Thermostat sold separately. A 120 V SoftHeat on a 240 V circuit fails; a 240 V model on 120 V makes a quarter of its heat. The Amazon listing shows no model number; its 240/208V and 5.21/4.5 A ratings match the EBHN1250W.
