Watch out forENERGY STAR still lists an older MIA generation under a different model format; confirm CH-RLS...MIA and R454B on the nameplate. C&H's 2025 leaflet ticks "Energy Star for Cold Climate" under every size, but only the 24K is in ENERGY STAR's dataset. C&H paperwork disagrees on whether the line set is in the box; confirm with the seller. The warranty applies only to installs by a licensed HVAC technician registered within 60 days with the installer's license number.Amazon Sapphire titles show old SEER figures ("21.5 SEER" on the 24K); confirm the SAPxxHP230V1R32AH/AO model numbers. Gree's submittal prints lower 17°F figures than the certified NEEP ratings; go by NEEP. Gree's warranty applies only to installs by a state certified or licensed HVAC contractor, and claims are contractor-only.
