Our takeThe larger of GE's discontinued window heat pumps, CEER 13.2. Useful as a reference for what a window heat pump can do in the cold, not something we'd hunt down used.LG's 115V 12,000-class wall unit, rated 11,800 BTU for about 530 sq ft. Cooling only, and its CEER is the weakest of the 115V sizes.

Watch out forDiscontinued per owners.LG strongly recommends a new LG sleeve; if you reuse an old one without redirecting its rear louvers, a failure isn't covered. Warranty is 1 year parts and labor from an LG authorized dealer. Replaces the LT1216CER, which LG also rated 11,800 BTU despite the 12,000 name.
