Watch out for	The LIVO+ (LIVS..., R-410A, 16 SEER) and Livo Gen 3 / Gen 4 (4LIV, R-410A) are different units; confirm both model numbers end R32AO and R32AH. The 18K Amazon listing titled "Gree R32 LIVO+" reports the R-410A LIVS18HP230V1B; we don't link it. Gree's warranty applies only to installs by a state certified or licensed HVAC contractor, and claims are contractor-only.	Senville's FAQ says no to owner installs; warranty registration asks for the installing company and invoice. Senville's site lists higher HSPF2 than the AHRI figures on NEEP; we use the certified numbers.
