Watch out forThe 30K listing's bullets copy old LIVO+ text ("16-SEER"); go by the model LIV30HP230V1R32AH/AO. The LIVO+ (LIVS..., R-410A, 16 SEER) and Livo Gen 3 / Gen 4 (4LIV, R-410A) are different units; confirm both model numbers end R32AO and R32AH. The 18K Amazon listing titled "Gree R32 LIVO+" reports the R-410A LIVS18HP230V1B; we don't link it. Gree's warranty applies only to installs by a state certified or licensed HVAC contractor, and claims are contractor-only.This is the 2nd-gen R-454B Universal (model numbers ending -O); most owner history online is about the discontinued R-410A first generation. MRCOOL's printed warranty requires a professional installer and an authorized dealer; the Central Ducted Hyper Heat 2nd Gen warranty allows owner installs with the Quick Connect line set. NEEP ratings with MRCOOL cased coils on a furnace are lower than with the matched UAH air handler, and some coil pairings aren't ENERGY STAR Cold Climate.
