Watch out forAmazon Sapphire titles show old SEER figures ("21.5 SEER" on the 24K); confirm the SAPxxHP230V1R32AH/AO model numbers. Gree's submittal prints lower 17°F figures than the certified NEEP ratings; go by NEEP. Gree's warranty applies only to installs by a state certified or licensed HVAC contractor, and claims are contractor-only.The Amazon 18k listing gives 2 yr parts / 7 yr compressor; confirm the term for the model you receive. Senville sells the Aura on Amazon itself, and SENA-12HF-16 is the kit number Senville's own site lists for the current R-454B Aura; a few listing fields (a 25.5 efficiency figure, a 2-year parts warranty) still show older numbers, so go by Senville's spec sheet. Current R-454B wall pairings are SENA-xxHF-OG + SENA-xxHF-IGG; older R-410A pairings end /OQ + /IQ. Senville's site lists higher HSPF2 and 47°F heat than the AHRI figures on NEEP; we use the certified numbers. Senville's FAQ says no to owner installs, and the warranty requires a licensed HVAC contractor.
