Our takeOut-heats the bigger Livo 30K at 5°F and still lists 17,000 BTU/h at -22°F. Buy it when this is the main heat in a cold climate and a licensed contractor is installing it.For a big open zone in a cold climate with a contractor doing the install: 24,200 BTU/h at 5°F. Its high minimum output rules out single rooms.

Watch out forAmazon Sapphire titles show old SEER figures ("21.5 SEER" on the 24K); confirm the SAPxxHP230V1R32AH/AO model numbers. Gree's submittal prints lower 17°F figures than the certified NEEP ratings; go by NEEP. Gree's warranty applies only to installs by a state certified or licensed HVAC contractor, and claims are contractor-only.Senville's 24k page shows a ceiling-cassette spec table, so these figures come from NEEP only. The Amazon 24k listing (SENA/24HF) doesn't state refrigerant; confirm the model before you pay. The Amazon Aura listings don't state refrigerant. The 12k listing (SENA-12HF-16) shows a 25.5 efficiency figure that matches the older R-410A Aura and a 2 yr parts / 7 yr compressor warranty field; confirm model and refrigerant before you pay. Current R-454B wall pairings are SENA-xxHF-OG + SENA-xxHF-IGG; older R-410A pairings end /OQ + /IQ. Senville's site lists higher HSPF2 and 47°F heat than the AHRI figures on NEEP; we use the certified numbers. Senville's FAQ says no to owner installs, and the warranty requires a licensed HVAC contractor.
