Our takeThe same certified 49.67 pints as the non-pump Cube, with a pump that lifts water 14 feet to a sink or window. Amazon had only used units when we checked, so buy it new elsewhere or pair the non-pump Cube with a separate condensate pump.A real current-test 50 with published noise figures and a 2.7-gallon bucket, equal to the Midea Cube 50 on pints and efficiency. Buy it when it's priced at or below the Cube; the one-year warranty is thin.

Watch out forMidea's older Canadian Cube (MAD50PS1QGRC, R410A) claims a 16.4 ft pump; the current US model is rated 14 ft. Go by the 14. The Amazon pump listing (B091BYVD2W) had only used offers when checked; we don't link it. Owners report the pump never empties the tank past about half and the app shows no tank status, so a pump fault can go unnoticed. Check the built-in humidity reading against a separate hygrometer in week one; a stuck-near-30% or ~20-points-low reading on a new unit is a known return-window fault. It ships in Auto mode, which won't take a humidity setting; switch to Dry to set a target. One year parts and labor with no sealed-system term; owner reports on older Frigidaire dehumidifiers repeat coil icing and failures inside three or four years. Frigidaire's spec sheet prints 50 pints with no test condition; the 65°F rating comes from ENERGY STAR. Listings titled Frigidaire 50-Pint without a Y1 model number are older units, such as the FFAD5034W1.
