Watch out forThe older R-410A Diamante Pro Series ends FI19RL (heats to -13°F, 19 SEER2 on the 12K 115V); confirm SI20RL or R-454B. The Diamante Essenza, Diamante Ultra and WYS are different lines with different specs. Registration deadline reads 90 days on the product page and one week after install in the warranty policy; satisfy both.Amazon Sapphire titles show old SEER figures ("21.5 SEER" on the 24K); confirm the SAPxxHP230V1R32AH/AO model numbers. Gree's submittal prints lower 17°F figures than the certified NEEP ratings; go by NEEP. Gree's warranty applies only to installs by a state certified or licensed HVAC contractor, and claims are contractor-only.
