Use it for the evacuation hookup, and read vacuum on a micron gauge, not on the manifold. Our default for a furnace, air handler or dehumidifier lifting water up to about 10 ft, with the overflow switch the bare UL lacks. Plan on motor noise and a check valve that needs cleaning.
