Before you buy
- ENERGY STAR still lists an older MIA generation under a different model format; confirm CH-RLS...MIA and R454B on the nameplate.
- C&H's 2025 leaflet ticks "Energy Star for Cold Climate" under every size, but only the 24K is in ENERGY STAR's dataset.
- C&H paperwork disagrees on whether the line set is in the box; confirm with the seller.
- The warranty applies only to installs by a licensed HVAC technician registered within 60 days with the installer's license number.
