Before you buy
- An Amazon "Easy Pro Series" 24k listing gives part number EZPRO-24-HP-23016-MPN, the old 16 ft model.
- The earlier Easy Pro (outdoor suffix 11516D-O or 23016D-O, 16 ft kit) carries 1 yr parts / 2 yr compressor and needs an authorized-dealer purchase. Some Amazon titles say "5th Gen" and "16ft Lineset"; read the suffix.
- Current version outdoor units end 11511DE-O (9k/12k) or 23011DE-O (18k/24k).
- The warranty's definition of parts excludes line sets, and the quick-connect valves are one-time install.
