Before you buy
- Amazon lists model O-HH-18-HP-230E and no refrigerant; its "20 SEER" matches the 2022 R-410A O-HH-18-HP-C-230. The no-suffix model has no NEEP listing we could find.
- The legacy warranty applies only to installs by a state certified or licensed HVAC contractor.
- R-410A parts may be hard to find; one owner couldn't source a matching MrCool wall unit.
