Before you buy

  • MOA outdoor units are listed as R-454B on Senville's pages and NEEP; NEEP lists the MOB units as R-410A, and an owner of an earlier SENA-28HF-MOA reports R-410A. Confirm the refrigerant on the label.
  • Senville's FAQ says owner installs are not supported; the warranty certificate requires a licensed professional, and labor is never covered.
