Before you buy
- Warranty is 1 year plus 3 years on the compressor, but service is mail-in, only within the 48 contiguous states, needs an authorized Whynter dealer, and you pay return freight after month two.
- ARC-1280MX is the black version of the same unit.
- Whynter's warranty excludes units bought from unauthorized resellers.
