Watch out forGree's submittal prints a higher 47°F rating (19,100 on the 18K, 24,000 on the 24K) than the certified figure. The LIVO+ (LIVS..., R-410A, 16 SEER) and Livo Gen 3 / Gen 4 (4LIV, R-410A) are different units; confirm both model numbers end R32AO and R32AH. The 18K Amazon listing titled "Gree R32 LIVO+" reports the R-410A LIVS18HP230V1B; we don't link it. Gree's warranty applies only to installs by a state certified or licensed HVAC contractor, and claims are contractor-only."E Star" and the O-ES prefix also appear on an older R-410A Olympus (-230B condensers); confirm R-454B and an outdoor model ending -230C-O1. The Olympus listings on Amazon are the legacy R-410A Hyper Heat, not this unit. MrCool's FAQ says an HVAC professional must install it; the warranty's softer "may be necessary" wording doesn't change that.
