Watch out forThe LIVO+ (LIVS..., R-410A, 16 SEER) and Livo Gen 3 / Gen 4 (4LIV, R-410A) are different units; confirm both model numbers end R32AO and R32AH. The 18K Amazon listing titled "Gree R32 LIVO+" reports the R-410A LIVS18HP230V1B; we don't link it. Gree's warranty applies only to installs by a state certified or licensed HVAC contractor, and claims are contractor-only.MRCOOL also called its older R-410A 4th Gen DIY "E Star"; confirm R-454B and a model number of the form DIY-...D25-O. DIYS- is the cheaper DIY Select and EZPRO- is the Easy Pro; a listing that says "5th Gen" and "Select" is the Select. The manual says the line sets install once; reconnecting them, or the pipes at the outdoor unit, voids the warranty.
