Our takeA budget 6,000 BTU box unit for 150-250 sq ft with a remote and auto restart. Not a Midea U and not recalled; we prefer the Frigidaire FHWC063TC1 at the same price for its fuller specs and airflow.Windmill's only 6,000 BTU outside the Lite line, and it's the non-inverter Original at CEER 11.0. For a small bedroom, the LG 6,000 Dual Inverter at CEER 15.5 is the efficient choice.

Watch out forMidea publishes no amp or watt rating we could find; read the nameplate. Energy Saver switches on by default in Cool, Dry and Auto. Failures from improper installation are excluded from the warranty.Windmill's warranty is one year on every size, with no longer compressor term, and owners report control-board and stop-cooling failures. Not the same unit as the 6,000 BTU Windmill Lite (06W11).
