Our take	A capable heat pump on paper but a superseded R-410A generation that cost more than a Senville Aura 18k when we checked. Buy it only with an installer who will commission R-410A.	18,000 BTU/h at 5°F against the Livo 18K's 12,100, for a cold-climate room with a licensed contractor.

Watch out for	Amazon lists model O-HH-18-HP-230E and no refrigerant; its "20 SEER" matches the 2022 R-410A O-HH-18-HP-C-230. The no-suffix model has no NEEP listing we could find. The legacy warranty applies only to installs by a state certified or licensed HVAC contractor. R-410A parts may be hard to find; one owner couldn't source a matching MrCool wall unit.	Amazon Sapphire titles show old SEER figures ("21.5 SEER" on the 24K); confirm the SAPxxHP230V1R32AH/AO model numbers. Gree's submittal prints lower 17°F figures than the certified NEEP ratings; go by NEEP. Gree's warranty applies only to installs by a state certified or licensed HVAC contractor, and claims are contractor-only.
