Our take37,400 Btu/h at 5°F and 27,600 max at -22°F on NEEP. A strong whole-house size for cold climates if a pro installs it. We don't have a verified Amazon listing for this size.Up to five heads and 36,000 Btu/h at 5°F, but a 10,000 Btu/h minimum overshoots small rooms on mild days. Pro install.

Watch out forThis is the 2nd-gen R-454B Universal (model numbers ending -O); most owner history online is about the discontinued R-410A first generation. MRCOOL's printed warranty requires a professional installer and an authorized dealer; the Central Ducted Hyper Heat 2nd Gen warranty allows owner installs with the Quick Connect line set. NEEP ratings with MRCOOL cased coils on a furnace are lower than with the matched UAH air handler, and some coil pairings aren't ENERGY STAR Cold Climate.MOA outdoor units are listed as R-454B on Senville's pages and NEEP; NEEP lists the MOB units as R-410A, and an owner of an earlier SENA-28HF-MOA reports R-410A. Confirm the refrigerant on the label. Senville's FAQ says owner installs are not supported; the warranty certificate requires a licensed professional, and labor is never covered.
