We don't link it: the only Amazon offer we found was used. The size step for a primary bedroom or living room of 400-450 sq ft, with the same closed-sash quiet as the 8,000. Too big for a typical bedroom, where it cools fast and leaves the air damp. The recalled 10,000 BTU listing (MAW10V1QWT) is still on Amazon; this one is MAW10V1UWT. Owners of earlier U models report a high-pitched inverter whine some people hear and others don't; buy where returns are easy and run it overnight on low fan in week one.
